Booking Procedure
Special
Events Video will not accept as confirmed any booking until
such time you return a completed Booking Form accompanied
with a £100.00 non-refundable deposit.
Payment Terms
50%
of the final estimated balance is due 7 days
before your event. Special Events Video reserves
the right not to attend your event should you fail to submit
this balance. The outstanding balance is then payable upon
collection of your completed video. Should you prefer to have
your video and any copies mailed to you please you forward
a request with your payment. Special Events Video will
not release any videos until you pay in full.

of film material remains the property of Special Events Video.
You are not entitled to duplicate any material in whole or
part.
Changes
in Detail
Any
alteration to your original booking, for example dates, locations
or spellings of names must be submitted to Special Events
Video in writing. We will use these details
to complete the titles on the video; and as such, we reserve
the right to charge for any alterations that we may be required
to make because of incorrect initial information.
Liability
You cannot hold Special Events Video as responsible
if we are unable to complete all or part of the video because
of equipment failure, illness of the cameraman during the
event, power failure or any other circumstances beyond our
reasonable control.
Special
Requests
If you have requested Bob Berry to Video your wedding personally,
a supplement of £100.00 is required.
Style
of Filming
Special Events Video will film your event in the way in which
we see things happen on the day. The filming is low key and
unobtrusive and whilst we are happy to make minor adjustments,
our prices do not reflect the possibility of you requesting
us to make major editing alterations. If your perception of
the day is not the same as ours editing time will incur additional
charges.
Camera
Crews Refreshments
Could you please remember to arrange for your caterers to
provide a meal for cameraman? Your caterers will not provide
us with any refreshments unless you make prior arrangements.

Hours
Our office hours are Monday - Friday, 9.00am until 6.00pm
Evening appointments are by prior arrangement only.
